I specialize in helping people process difficult emotions, recover from trauma, and find clarity in challenging times. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based methods like Internal Family Systems (which helps people better understand and heal different parts of themselves). I believe therapy is a place where you can safely explore your emotions, make sense of your experiences, and develop new ways of coping. My work is rooted in a deep understanding of how trauma, stress, and life challenges shape us, and I use approaches like EMDR (which helps process traumatic memories) and Internal Family Systems (which helps people better understand and heal different parts of themselves) to help people heal. I’ll work with you to find a path forward that feels right for you.

Taking the first step can feel daunting, but therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. Here’s what happens after you book:

1️⃣ A brief consultation: We’ll meet for a short call to understand what you need.
2️⃣ A safe, supportive space: In your first session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you here and how therapy can help.
3️⃣ A plan that fits you: If it feels like a good fit, we’ll work together to decide next steps.

You’re not committing to anything long-term. This is just a starting point.

What to Expect in Your First Session

Common Questions

  • No, you can decide session by session. You may find relief after one or two sessions or decide to work on deeper healing through longer-term therapy. It’s up to you.

  • That’s okay! The first session is a chance to explore. We’ll talk it through so you can make a decision about what’s right for you.

  • We’ll talk it through in the first session. If we’re not the right fit, we can help you find someone who is.

You can also book a free 15-minute consultation call, sometimes called a “chemistry call” to see if it feels like a good fit for you.

  • We charge $125 USD for a 60-minute session. If that is out of your reach, please contact us to discuss a sliding scale (that means we can reduce our prices based on your financial constraints).
