No, you can decide session by session. You may find relief after one or two sessions or decide to work on deeper healing through longer-term therapy. It’s up to you.

We charge $125 USD for a 60-minute session. If that is out of your reach, please contact us to discuss a sliding scale (that means we can reduce our prices based on your financial constraints).
