I’m Rebecca, and I believe that transformation is possible. I’m a clinical psychologist with an online private practice using Internal Family Systems to help people like you recover from trauma and navigate challenges like addictions, anxiety, anger, and depression.

How I Work
I see therapy and integration as a collaborative relationship between the healer in you and the healer in me, I believe that both you and I have a pure essence—the Self—which gives us the foundation to explore healing together. I don’t hold the answers to your challenges or suffering. Instead, I bring compassion, curiosity, and space for you to bring healing to your own inner world.
I work primarily through the Internal Family Systems model, which views your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours as parts of you, each with its own purpose and positive intention. Rather than interpreting your past experiences, I invite you to engage in inner inquiry, guiding you to get to know parts of you and in doing so, help them transform and heal. My goal is to empower you toward greater self-trust and harmony. I offer traditional weekly sessions, therapy intensives, and integration sessions to support you in your personal journey.
